Montage Diversity Consultants, LLC is a certified minority business enterprise, providing organizational development, diversity consulting and training to education and corporate clients worldwide.

We are committed to responding to client's needs as it relates to addressing issues of diversity, organizational development and training.

Our core competency lies in the ability to assess our clients' needs, in order to address specific diversity or organizational objectives. We accomplish this through a customized strategy which identifies, develops and executes specific corporate or organizational objectives, i.e.; strategic diversity planning, supplier diversity, employee training and leadership development.  

Our consultants work with our clients in creating and executing diversity initiatives to help them meet their organizations' goals. Our HR outsourcing services assist our clients in reducing HR burdens, allowing them to focus on their core competencies.   

Montage Diversity has a unique organizational structure in that it has a board of advisors made up of over 100 years of combined experience in diversity planning, human resource management and organizational change management.  

The company is led by Lehigh University graduate Stephan Reeves, President/CEO. Along with a powerful network of dedicated associates and consultants, we provide a montage of resources to assist your organization in "Cultivating the Roots of Diversity!"
