We are committed to the search and recruitment of outstanding individuals and W/MBE companies.  Over the past five years, Montage has experienced noteworthy success in responding to clients needs as it relates to addressing issues of diversity, professional development and recruiting.

Our core competency lies in the ability to proactively search for, qualify and connect outstanding talent and resources to Schools and Corporations whose aim is to address specific diversity objectives.  We accomplish this through our customized diversity recruiting and sourcing strategy which identifies individuals and Certified Women and Minority Owned Businesses (W/MBE), to partner with our clients in fulfilling their employee recruitment and supplier diversity goals. 

In addition to our core recruiting and sourcing services, Montage Diversity Consultants also work with our clients in creating diversity programs, initiatives, and special events, to help organizations achieve their objectives.  Montage also provides payroll outsourcing and employee management services to assist our clients in reducing HR burdens, allowing them to focus on their core competencies.

Montage Diversity Consultants has a unique organizational structure in that it has a Board of Advisors made up of over 100 years of combined Search/Recruitment, Human Resource, Organizational Behavior/ Change Management, Educational Leadership and Technology experience.
